Create gutter estimates with your own pricing.

GutterBudder is gutter estimating and quoting software built for the driveway. Sketch the job on your phone, enter the footage, pick sizes and guards, and the quote prices itself from your pricebook. Then show the homeowner the inspection, the visual and the number in one presentation.

Fictional job. The rates are examples, not a recommendation. Your pricebook decides every number.

The workflow

Five steps from the knock to a priced quote.

01

Start the job

Customer name, address with autocomplete, appointment slot and lead source. That is the whole intake. The job shows up on your dashboard with a status you move from lead to sold.

02

Sketch the runs

Draw each gutter run, corner and downspout on the pad. Type the footage per run, or pull the roof outline first and confirm the edges the engine measured. Codes mark miters, elbows and drops.

03

Pick the extras

Gutter size and color, roof and fastener type, guards by story, fascia and soffit material, straps, wedges and any per-each accessory. Footage syncs from the sketch so you never tally twice.

04

Review the price

The quote prices itself from your pricebook line by line, applies your fees and any discount you allow, and shows the rep what the commission on it will be. Adjust, then present.

05

Present and share

Add the AI inspection report and a before/after visual of their own house, export PDFs or send a private link, mark it sold and move on to the next driveway.

Straight answers

What it does not do, so you are not surprised.

  • No offline mode. It runs in the browser and needs signal to save and price.
  • No e-signature. The homeowner reviews the PDF or link; signing happens on your paperwork.
  • No scheduling, invoicing or payroll. Keep those where they live today.
  • The sketch is not a scaled takeoff. Footage is entered per run or confirmed from the roof outline step.
  • Emails go through your mail app. GutterBudder builds the PDFs and the draft; you hit send.

If one of these is a dealbreaker, tell us on the demo. We would rather lose the call than sell you the wrong tool.

Questions contractors ask

Before you book the demo.

Can I use my own price per linear foot?

Yes. Every rate in GutterBudder comes from your company pricebook: gutter by size and material, downspouts, miters, guards by story and size, fascia, soffit, accessories, fees and discounts. Nothing is hardcoded. Your admin edits the pricebook once and every rep quotes from it.

Which measurements do I need to supply?

The footage for each gutter run and each downspout. You type it per run as you sketch, or you start from the roof outline step, which pulls an aerial outline with per-edge lengths that you drag onto the roof edge and then confirm. The sketch is a schematic of the job, not a scaled CAD drawing.

Can I include downspouts, corners, removal and guards?

Downspouts with elbows, inside and outside miters, gutter guards and inserts, fascia (new or wrapped), soffit, straps and wedges, hangers and a copper surcharge are all standard line items. There is no separate tear-off line today; most companies fold removal into their per-foot rate, and any custom accessory can be added as an editable per-each item.

Can I produce a branded customer proposal on my phone?

Yes. The review screen builds the priced quote, and you can export it and the inspection report as PDFs or send a private link the homeowner opens on their own phone. Your logo and colors are on it, not ours.

Does the visualizer measure the house?

No. The before/after visualizer shows how new gutters and guards would look on a photo of the home. It is an illustration for the homeowner, not a measurement. Footage always comes from your sketch or the roof outline step.

Does it work offline?

Not today. GutterBudder runs in the phone browser and needs a connection to save, price and generate reports. You can add it to your home screen like an app.

Do I need to replace my CRM?

No. GutterBudder is a quoting and sales-presentation tool, not a full CRM. It keeps your jobs, customers, statuses and sold amounts, and you keep running scheduling and invoicing wherever you do now.

What can I export?

PDFs of the quote, order forms and the inspection report, plus private share links for the report and the before/after visual. Emailing goes through your own mail app with the PDFs attached.
