How the lines work
Footage lines (gutter, downspout, guard, tear-off, fascia) are priced per foot. Miters, drops and end caps are per each. Labor adjustments and travel are per job. Blank quantity or rate counts as zero, so spare rows never break the total.
What it does not do
It is a worksheet, not a contract. There is no signature block, warranty language or payment terms because those should come from your own signed agreement, ideally one a lawyer in your state has looked at.
When you outgrow it
The spreadsheet works for one rep with one rate card. When you have three reps and the rates drift, or you want the homeowner to see a visual and an inspection with the number, that is the point of GutterBudder.
